So the consensus is that Arnold should be at 2nd and then Sanford or Drost at DH, or Bianco at 2nd with Arnold at DH and Sanford or Drost in CF?

Sanford in CF. Beloso DH. Arnold at 2B.

With Gio not available are we thinking the best alternative is Crews CF, Sanford RF, Bianco 2B, Arnold DH?

Why would Mainieri disclose this to Caniveri?

Josh, I can’t understand so many of Paul’s lineup/relief pitching this season. I don’t think I’ve watched the same LSU games that he has. So many head scratchers this year. Just last week he takes a kid who has been on the bench for the most part of the last 5 weeks and decides, “hey, your my cleanup hitter today.”

Look at the batting averages of our last three hitters in the lineup today (Thompson vs LHP). You can’t throw entire innings away.

I’d adjust positions as little as possible.

Bianco has played some CF but he’s been our every day starter at 2B for weeks.

Bianco 2B
Arnold DH
Sanford RF (sliding Crews to CF)

My point is that this poster will give major props to PM if Cranford

I actually don’t do this. I just don’t overreact about every decision like this. We all know that PM places a huge emphasis on defense and not giving up outs. You and some other posters will make calls before a game hoping a guy struggles so you can act like you knew ahead of time what should be done.

but will not criticize him if he goes 0fer. He’s a hypocrite.

This has been proven false multiple times if you actually read all of my posts instead of just the ones you don’t like. You appear to still be frustrated that I called you out and people saw you for what you are.

Link me to where I’ve done this.

When did you call me out? Hellmers? ETA: and I don’t read all your posts. I’m not a stalker. I just see you, yet again, defending a move that makes no sense.

I’d call CPM a lucky bastard if Cranford can get at least 1 hit today.

If he does start, he better have a 100% fielding percentage today to offset the .110 average he’s bringing into the batter’s box.

You love to brag about how you called something beforehand. Link to me where I give PM major props when a guy gets 3 or 4 hits.

Yeah let’s just play dumb. Sure, we can go with that. That was a good example of you blatantly misquoting the coach so you could push your narrative and I pointed that out at the time.

I asked a question. What move did I defend? Clearly you don’t read them and yet you still love to come find my posts and make ignorant posts about me for no reason.

I have done this some recently. Not to hope the players fail. But I do it so other posters don’t use the “hindsight is 20/20” comment. I’m saying if beforehand. I admit when I was wrong. I didn’t agree with going to Fowler before Fontenot last weekend, but Fowler did great. So tip of the hat for that decision.

Crews in center
Sanford in right
Bianco at 2nd
Arnold DH

My lineup would be:

Morgan, 1B
Crews, RF
Dugas, LF
Doughty, 3B
Arnold, 2B
Bianco, CF
Beloso, DH
Milazzo, C
Thompson, SS

I would buy a case for Sanford, but I'm not buying a case for Cranford. I hope whoever plays does well.
