Just think of the money they would make just from recycling. They are making a killing from parking alone. They are going to up it this week by $5 per car from what I was told and then $10 more for SEC games. These roads are being paid for by mine, yours, everyone’s tax dollars already and you are charging people to park on the street which is a public road.
I understand they have to get money, but if you lower some things price wise, like food and you will recoup and make more because people will feel it’s affordable.
So if the info I was told is correct that means it will be $25 for non conference and $50 for SEC games just to park 1 car. Trailers cost additional fees.

I know what the fees are now, just relaying what someone told me. This is LSU, just don’t be surprised when it happens. This year or next it’s happening.

Since I have been a little kid I always wanted season tickets. Now it’s doesnt make sense. I will avoid the TAF fees and go to the games I want. I’m also okay with missing a big game. My family that bought in the 90s have finally given them up because it’s just not worth it anymore.

You’re preaching to the choir here Roger. I had season tix from 98-07. Now I get to pick and choose when I want to go to the games, for MUCH less.

This whole tent to tailgate bothers me so greatly. LSU used to have the best atmosphere in college and pro football to party. They have sterilized it now and forced people away from campus and the team they love while expanding the stadium and again sterilizing it.

I know it’s just Tech but they have a huge area fenced off and only about 10 or so tents up. Mostly empty. I’m guessing for their magical walk up crowd like they told us a few weeks ago. This actually looks sad.

Alleva & his minions are destroying the game day experience of the very best game day in the country.
I don't tailgate anymore buy younger generations deserve to know what it's like! Such a shame.
As other posters said we taxpayers pay for it all anyway thru taxes, tuition, fees, tickets, we pay for LSU to pave & maintain the lots they're trying to force people to pay a "usage fee"
