If you only have one weekend to show a top recruit what tiger stadium has to offer, you really want that wasted on an 11am dead crowd with zero tailgating atmosphere?

So it has definitely happened. This world of televise all games no matter what and give me the least crappy SEC games in the afternoon is a fairly recent thing....you realize that right? I don't remember specifically but I bet in the last 10-15 years at most there have been huge mid day games like the WLOCP, UGA/Auburn, USC/Clemson, etc that have had big recruiting implications for those schools.
