Ran 26 timed 110 yard sprints this morning. Had to complete each in under 19 seconds.

Maybe Germans to the diehards, but didn't know if our duck friends were around for the discussions a while back on this.

LSU will be in top shape come September, especially our fatties.

If it's Germans, don't read it.

I like how you put it at the end...after we've read it.

So what was this about? The Ducks were saying that our lineman are slow?

Different hijacked thread, they referenced their military training for players. Wanted to let them know what our boys are up to.

Jesus, conditioning sure has changed since my days.

We ran 10 hundreds and nearly died.

According to our Duck friends...we will not be ready. They have been doing secret military workouts with the Navy Seals.

The ducks are not ready for the swag we will be bringing. I am privy to last week's calf raise session by our linebackers. OFF THE CHARTS> One of a our walk-ons from Bunkie or somewhere literally calf raised the equivalent of a mack trucck.

he calf-raised so much weight he had to be wheeled out of the weight room and carried into bed that night by his roommates. The word "enough" is not in that kid's vocab. And he likely won't ever see the field--That is HOW stacked WE ARE
