Well Prophet, keep putting your feet on the floor every morning and you will be there one day. Also, have a DV from a 64 year old.

What is the average age on Alabama's coaching staff? Just Curious?

IDGAF how old the coaches are. JUST WIN BABY!!

I could less about age. If they can coach at a high level, they could be 100 and that wouldn't bother me! Look at Saban, he's right around 70!

Is Coach Chris even 30 yet? True up and comer. Thats been a big part of his success running the Special Teams unit, being able to relate to the players

So LSU got better just because we hired younger coaches?

Sounds like whoever started this thread would prefer just the coach being young and pampering to players remember, you have to be gentle give these guys are safe spaces, therapy dogs and coloring books nowadays. Respect their feelings

Brother, I'm already there. I'm not saying our age group is too old, only that we need balance, a healthy mix of experience, wisdom, youthful enthusiasm and new innovation.

I personally think younger “up and coming” coaches/employees have a stronger/better work ethic than older wealthy/millionaire “has-beens”. The former is trying to get somewhere he hasn’t been yet, the later is collecting more checks and depositing before inevitable retirement. In general but there are exceptions to both.

Downvoters have zero sense of humor. It's a funny line, hence my upvote.

55 isn’t old in coaching years.
Getting your drawers twisted over an “avg age” is pretty dumb.
Were you acting like a bitch 2 years ago?

You’ve just been named AD at a school.
You can hire either:
Nick Saban
Or
Mike Norvell
Who you got?

I’m 58 and way smarter than you.

That doesn’t mean he knows more or is a better coach

55 is not old. How old do you think Saban is?
