Well we aren’t Alabama, no coach in the country demands so much from his team as saban, and we can’t develop a QB. So until we miraculously become Alabama, O demands more from his players, and/or we hire a guy that can coach QBs, it’s pointless even making comparisons or acting like we’re in the same tier.

We’ve more or less had the same offense since 2009 and it took 2011’s talent to really make it work

We aren't bama! You ever think it doesn't hinder them because the HC probably gives them his offensive philosophy... and hires the one to best execute it?
Unlike CEO... saban doesn't seem like the type to hire an OC, and then ask him why kind of offense he plans to run.
