We've seen Brennan play a bit, Nuss, not so much. Statistically, Brennans stats are considerably better than Nuss' but there is not much available where Nuss is concerned and all his playing time is with that awful 2022 team, though 2021 was not very good either.

They aren’t going to try and install 3 different offenses, that would be confusing as hell and take forever. Maybe Denbrock puts in his multiple offense and sees who runs it best?
I kinda imagined it was the exact same offense, but with plays catered a little more to each QB's strengths to see how well they commanded.

If Brennan starts why would he? He’d be in the same situation next year regardless….competing with Daniels or some other QB at another school, and he'd have 3 years of eligibility left in any situation. Daniels is a senior too and only has 2 years left due to COVID. Only way Nuss bounces is if Howard jumps him next season

Even with Daniels coming in, the QB situation is more favorable for Nuss than it was when he signed. I don’t think he thought he expected to even truly be in the mix Year 2, much less be the clear starter. And now he’s got better QB coaches to develop him.
