Obviously as fans we would want a later game so the game isn't on when we're at work. But for the players, the earliest possible game will mean less rest for UF and more rest for us if we advance. I'll take any advantage we can get, large or small.

The seeding time at noon benefits the #1 seed, which always has the greatest number of rest hours after each round.

Benford, make sure you remind the guys to defend far outside the three point line. Need to disrupt Florida's offense early and often. Oh and feel free to get into a 3/4 court defense a lot throughout the game.

We want the early game so we can have more time to rest up for the next one. All the times were in place before the bracket was set.

First time looking at the basketball bracket. Looks like it isnt matched up correctly. Why would LSU get winner of 8 vs 9 and either Kentucky of Tennessee get the winner of 7 vs 10?
Wouldnt KU or Tenn have the easier road?

8 should beat 9 and 7 should beat 10. 7 should be a tougher opponent than 8. Plus, Tennessee and Kentucky have to play one another if both advance that far, so they have a tougher road.
