I think TX Tech is over-rated as well. But they rank well in all the matrix ratings the committee uses. And I imagine the committee will want the top Big 12 team seeded better than a 4. Kansas isn't getting a 3 seed.

I just looked at BracketMatrix, and the majority of their different “bracketologists” (at least 75) have us at 3 seed. Some at a 4.

Pay absolutely no attention to what Lunardi says, because he ranks 68th as accurate in the Bracket Matrix bracketologist rankings.i dunno why anyone listens to him.

I doubt it dude. All the teams around us, rankings wise, have been losing. If we go below 3 something fishy is going on

3 seed out west with Gonzaga and Mich St. We will however get stuck with toughest 14 and someone under seeded at the 6 like a Nevada or Kansas.
