Pick what dream scenario you would have liked to seen play out at LSU.

1) Chris Jackson, Shaq O'Neal and Stanley Roberts have another year together.

2) Seen what Randy Livingston could have done without the injuries.

3)Cecil Colins not have gotten into trouble.

4)Ryan Perriloux not have gotten into trouble.

Mine would have been #1 with #3 being a close second.

Can you think of any other good "what ifs"

Since I'm a bigger football fan then Basketball of your's I would say #3 & #4, Cecil would have been a Heisman candidate and RP could have led one of the most potent offenses in LSU or maybe even SEC history.

For an original it would be for there to have been a plus one system in place and got the dream game that all of America wanted in 03.

In order:

#3
#4
#1
#2

#3 because I would really like to have seen the best running back ever for a couple of years at LSU. #4 barely edges out #1 because of the magnitude of the difference between football and basketball. #1 is by far the most intriguing "what if", though. I really don't know if Dale could have screwed that up again once Shaq developed his offensive game.

#1. I'm not sure if Dale could've fricked it up twice.

#2 saw livingston play a few times and the state of lsu basketball would be completely different. his injury set in motion a series of events that led us to lester earl, probation, and john brady.

#3 without a doubt. Cecil was a special talent. Once in every 50 years kind of talent. But oh well, now he's playing in the Florida Penal League. I'm still pulling for him though.

What if LSU had hired Steve Spurrier instead of Mike Archer?

On a side note: Am I the only one that doesn't buy the Ryan Perriloux hype? He would have been good, but I'm not calling him an all-time great.

What if Faneca and couple of other guys had stayed in 97/98, would that team have been better and Dinardo not gotten fired the year he did. Would Saban had ever come here or the program grown into the monster that it is now?

2. Because Livingston's problem was due to injury and had nothing to do with him leaving early or screwing up. The others had a choice.
