LSU vs MICH in BOWL game!

We have NEVER played them in football so it would be a 1st. If they beat Ohio State and we beat AtM there's a hopeful chance..... Doubt it will be New Year's bowl game b/c of each teams W-L records. Still, would be an excellent contest w a lot of intrigue. Besides some of my best friends live there...... GEAUX TIGERS!

Big 10 matchups make me vomit. That Iowa vs. LSU bowl game was probably the most least entertaining I’ve ever seen in my life.

It's looking like LSU-Michigan State in the Outback Bowl.
If Michigan upsets Ohio State, then you have a shot at a LSU-Mich mash.
If Rutgers upsets Michigan State, then you have a shot at a LSU-Mich mash.
Either way, it's exciting to think of an LSU-Saints Tampa Weekend Dec 31-Jan 1.

I'm assuming you are talking about the 2014 Outback as opposed to the 2005 Citrus. That game had just about everything but Yul Brenner.

LSU fans won't travel to Florida bowls and the bowl officials know it. They want teams that will buy tickets.
The Texas Bowl is in play and they know LSU fans will buy tickets. Add in the missed Houston trip with the moved BYU game and it just makes sense.

Nope. Gordy Rush was talking about it on the Gameday Extra podcast episode today. He made it sound like it's a forgone conclusion that LSU is likely headed to Houston
