I feel like this game was just yesterday. I came in thinking LSU had a shot then they put on what appeared to be a statement game as their first one of the season.

But nobody expected the canes to be as bad as they are. Still don't mind watching the tigers take them down.

What ever happened to Chris Curry? I always thought he was our best back with both power and elusiveness. Did he piss Orgeron off somehow?

It's always interesting to look back.

Miami turned out to be a dog. Way it goes.

LSU was flawed offensively from jump all year long.

I'm sure it wasn't scheme though.

You thought he was our best back based on what?

New QB with only summer/fall practice to prepare. Very green O-Line as well. Very little returning carries at RB. Finally, a bunch of new starters at WR with not many career catches. All said Steve Ensminger did a pretty good job.

I say best back but just meant he looked like he had more potential than both Helaire and Brosette in my opinion and they just quit using him. Maybe redshirt?

Got redshirted.

But after watching him I will say he seemed to have the most unfortunate carries almost every time he came in. For whatever reason, it's like the OL just quit blocking and he got hit in the backfield on almost all his carries felt like.

IMO Curry lacks vision. In the carries I’ve seen he runs straight into the back of the o-line. Hopefully it is something he can develop because he’s got the motor and nastiness to make for a great back.

Our defense in that game was straight up nasty. It wasn’t the same without Chaisson the rest of the season. Even though we won, losing Chaisson at the end of the 4th made it feel like a loss.

ACTUALLY Chris curry had a bunch of good runs called back due to penalties. He ran well when he was given the chance

This is what I thought as well. Curry just seemed to have more ability than Helaire and Brosette just from the eye test. I mean he started the season so they obviously saw something as well. Then just no carries when the O-line would either not block at all or get called for holding when he did get a carry.

Rosier getting the start this afternoon VS Wisconsin after losing the job to the backup. Think the backup got hurt
