They are much more used to day games, and probably would have preferred 2:30.

UGA is the same way. The prefer day games - we're one of the few schools that prefers night games. In fact, who else does?

I wonder if Alleva even voiced any opposition to this. Knowing that pussy, probably not.

Why should he have? His school will now be playing in prime time in the biggest regular season college football game in 5 years.

Why do you think Bama has such an advantage at night? News flash: not every school likes playing at night like LSU does.

I'm more pissed that LSU doesn't get a night game this year. But I can certainly understand the situation. If the game was at LSU this year, CBS would have done the same thing.

CBS just wants the cash from a prime time and historic matchup. The game just happens to be in BDS this year. People who think this is done for Bama must think there's a conspiracy to make sure LSU and Bama were 1 & 2 THIS year and not when the game is in BR

I don't think this will be an advantage for Bama. Their fans won't be able to handle the all-day mega party, will not pace themselves properly, and will not make it through the game

They will be worn out by halftime!!!!

Why does everyone care that the game is at night? We didnt play anyone worth a shite to move the games at night. If this were in tiger stadium, it would be at night. Just some dumb arse posts in here.

Not that there hasn't been already but there is going to be an infinite amount of idiocy in this thread. This had NOTHING to do with Bama.

WHY??? This ISN'T A GAME at TS.

You answered your own question. Bama doesn't gain an advantage at all, IMO, by playing at night in BDS.

There's no room for logic in this thread. Everything has to be a conspiracy

The extra drinking time will add nothing to the crowd at BDS. How hard can you waive a pom pom?

@LSUBillMartin The last time @LSUfball played a night game at Alabama was Nov 2003. Tigers won 27-3 and went on to win first national title since 1958.

I also don't know why some people are assuming a night game at Bama is any harder than a day game.
