Not a gymnastics person so just curious....are the judges scores affected by all the fist pumping, etc of the coaches and gymnast?

How did one judge give HBs beam a 9.7. Find the deductions, please.

Did you see the judging? Haleigh did her usual beam, and one judge gave her a 9.7.

And the last 3 floor scores for Arky were 9.925, 9.925, and 9.95. Please?

Getting a 9.5 on beam and not falling only having a wobble is wild.

In no way should Haley's routine have received the same score as Sierra

And the best floor team in the nation did not register a single 9.9.

How did we end up getting 2 scores lowered and no change to Haleigh’s? This is weird shite.

And how does one score her routine a 9.9 and the other 9.7 that’s a significant difference

Very interested to hear Jay’s comments in the postgame.

Not a good performance by us for sure, but some questionable scoring by the judges as well.

Wobble on the leap series. Almost fell on the acro series (totally crooked, barely was a layout step out and low chest). Wobble on the side aerial. That one was not the wrong score in the meet. A 9.575 seems fair.

That is what everybody said last year too, but they had a day like we did tonight in semi-finals last year

It's always like this when they go to Arkansas.

Haleigh had a pretty flawless floor routine. They aren't giving 10's this year but even with the more strict scoring that's a 9.95 routine when she hits it. She got a freaking 9.85. Arguably the GOAT college gymnast gets a hit routine andit would have been the FIFTH best score on Arkansas floor Just laughable.

And it's almost unfathomable how a judge could give her a 9.7 on beam.

The teamisn't healthy so this really isn't a reflection of where they will be later on in the season and college judging remains an issue, but this was one of the worst judging meets I've ever watched. Mrs. Iwy stopped watching after Haleighs beam score came in.
