Wow. How can anyone disagree with miles getting fired? He had top 5 recruiting classes every year and the best offensive player in the country and had the worst offense in college football.

Miles fan here. I was fine with him being fired last year, and agree that it absolutely had to be done when it was actually done. But, calling the man a fricktard is just wrong.

Face it, miles just sucked the last several years...won on talent alone, cuz it sure wasnt his imaginative offense...

Miles had zip to do with the defense, his buddy was running special teams into the ground, and he couldn't figure out that QB's need to be able to throw the ball.

I have never seen such night and day difference after a coach was fired. Les had some of the best offensive talent in the country yet was producing one of the worst offenses. I am not sure how that is even possible.

Normally I would be past talking about the prior coach, but with Coach O breaking records every game it is becoming more and more obvious how much Les was holding the team back.

Okay you caught me.

I'm calling Les Miles the coach a fricktard not Les Miles the person. Better?

Ok. He was as stubborn as a rented mule and technically a liar per the administration, so...

The reason he was fired simply boils down to the fact that to keep his job last year he promised things on offense would change. They did not, and the admin canned him for it. Simple as that.

When you are being paid the amount of money he was being paid to put the product on there field that he was putting out there, all the while lying and giving nonsensical answers to questions, you deserve to be called a fricktard

Les Miles was more worried about getting one of his best friends, Cam Cameron, paid than he was about actually doing a good job and winning football games and championships. That is the definition of nepotism and it cost him his job and millions of dollars. The dude was absolutely a fricktard.

That moment when you realize that your argument is wrong and you have to turn to attacking the other person instead.

If this continues through November it will be interesting to see the impact on Miles' ability to get a top tier coaching job.

That's a remarkable improvement considering how bad it as with Miles/Cameron.

It's too bad the CEO wasn't in charge for the Auburn game.

Because he thinks Les was blindly stubborn? No that just means he's living in reality.
