LSU doesn't have a hotel booked for Saturday night

How do you know?
The storm will be long passed by Saturday night. Not all but there will some vacancy. I would bet they already have a hotel booked through the weekend

They fly home after the games. They do not have a hotel booked for Saturday. If power is out for a couple days, evacuees will not be going home.
You could be right that vacancies could open up, but they can't guarantee that and LSU would absolutely not displace people whose homes were just destroyed.

What did Tennessee do when they flew in for that Monday game? I assume they flew in on game day. We can just do the same. But make it a night game.

I am almost certain they flew in the morning of, had a noon walk through and played the game at 5.
Monday is much more likely than Sunday is all I am saying.

Well I know they fly home after games but they saw this situation coming 3 days ago. I would just assume they panned ahead and went and booked for Saturday night just in case. It's not like they can't afford one more night

but because emergency personnel and LEOs were needed elsewhere. no. it's because the campus was being used as a refugee center for pets and people. the city of new orleans was under water and baton rouge was the closest hub.
What makes you think hotel rooms and other facilities in Gainesville won't have to be used to house victims of the storm. I understand not wanting to move it but I think they are playing with fire.

I live in the evac area. Been calling all over. Hotels are booked everywhere. LSU knows these rooms are needed by others. They will use as little resources as possible. LSU has more respect for the State of Florida than the Gators own AD does.

Good luck to you my man. Where are you excatly? Are you evacuating?

They would stay in the hotel they already have booked.
I know it's not the same but I had a hotel booked in BR for the ASU game and got a call that was no longer the case it was given to evacuees.

They said on the radio that they can't/won't make it a night game due to possible power outages. smh @ Fla

I live a half mile from the beach east of Jacksonville. Heading about 10 miles inland as long as this thing is projected to skirt up the coast and not come inland. Then, we'd have to run
I am in Neptune Beach on the map. Ocean on one side, intracoastal waterway on the other.

bullshite. UF has been dragging their feet. If any extra costs are incurred because of their decisions they should be covered by UF. Why should LSU go through extra hardship just so UF doesn't get butt hurt.
