Look at the positive; kicking Florida's arse will be much more gratifying

LSU should tell uf to go frick themselves and they aren't putting the team at risk for that bullshite

then we play directly into UF's hand and forfeit, basically ending any chance we have at running the table and winning the SEC west

So the Storm is now projected to travel West of Gainsville?

If Florida is so hell bent on playing at Gainesville. They can buyout LSU's game on November 19th with South Alabama and their own game with Presbyterian on the same day and play it there.

Two things come to mind:

1- The South Carolina game that was moved here was kind of surreal but actually very pleasant. Campus crowd was very light, weather was great. Got to see Spurrier's last game. Looks like we won't get another one like that this time.

2- Miles always got tons of praise for how he handled these situations. I think O will handle it great as well. He'll have the team prepared no matter where or when.

The utilization of needed resources in the area is a valid issue, but there will be no issues in Gainesville. The east side of a storm 70-100 miles away is not Armageddon.

Oh bless your soul. They are a bunch of vages because LSU offered out stadium and facilities to them and they said no. Choosing to stay home where the game is 90% likely to never get played. That's some chicken shite right there. Nothing honorable about "staying to play instead of running away"

And you know how I know you don't have a goddamn clue about hurricanes??

Florida is taking a gamble the storm will veer off and the game will be played....if they lose the bet they get a no contest which is fricked up because they should have to forfeit.

No way you can know the path of a hurricane. Right now it's showing the storm skirting the coast which is about 77 miles from Gainesville.

honestly think the UF admins would rather forfeit the game than play in BR. This is fricking pathetic.

There can be no question of this. Their fans on SwampGas are downright giddy about not playing. Bragging about LSU not getting to walk through in the Swamp Friday if we play. They obviously think their only chance is if they have a totally unfair advantage. Pussies.

i'm looking at the national hurricane center maps as i usually do to avoid the media panic button pushers.

50% chance of winds 39% or greater and not even a couple inches of rain forecasted.

If this same storm was hitting in relation to baton rouge as it is to Gainesville, this board would probably be up in arms about how Florida better not refuse to come here.

This.

Especially when they had other viable options presented to them.
