So it sounds like roughly half the time the defense gives up little to no yards and the other half they give up wide open passing plays, miss tackles on runs resulting in first downs, or are penalized.

I would keep Scott out for the rest of this game. If LSU can't beat Tulane without Scott, the hell with it then.
