In 2015, the Tigers' pre-SEC weekend lineup is highlighted by a trip to Houston right before the conference season begins.

LSU will play three games in three days at Minute Maid Field. Notre Dame is also in the tournament, which generally includes one or more Big 12 Conference teams from Texas and either Rice or Houston.

Sounds great.

I love it! I miss the days of playing big games in the dome or playing the Zephers. It adds excitement.

I really don't like the idea of playing an in-state school on the weekend. We can play UNO any time, I actually wouldn't mind a home&home with them every other year, while they come here every year.

At least the Winn Dixie showdown/Busch Challebge kept the money in the local La economy.

Now Texas will profit off of lsu's fanbase.

I can agree with that. I like that we will be back at Maestri, but I can see the displeasure in a weekend series. But I do like being able to drink beer and watch LSU. Granted, I like the proximity too

Good thing I move to Houston at the end of May. A lot closer to being able to see LSU events than from Corpus Christi.

Yeah 2015 looks very good. I know the only reason we're playing UNO next year is to help them open up their new/renovated stadium.
