The LSU track Instagram says "despite the first leg being slapped in the face, the men's 4x100 were able to grab silver." What are they talking about?

I just watched the replay on the ncaa YouTube and didn’t notice anyone act weird.
They looked dangerously close to getting the baton out too late on that first exchange though.

I think it should come down to them and arky. Gonna have to steal points from them wherever possible. Swing events are going to be the 100 (3 LSU runners) and the 400 (4 Arkansas runners)
If I had to bet I’d bet Arkansas but if you would’ve told me Auburn was going to finish second on the men’s side going into the meet I would’ve called you insane.

Yes uf is in a good spot. They’re gonna need alittle more luck though since they don’t have as many qualifiers today. Need their distance squad and that discus thrower to come through for them.

Unfortunately it’s gonna come down to the final event … 4x400. ARK qualified 1st with a 3:25, LSU qualified 5th with a 3:28. FLA did not qualify.
