Actually, he isn't, dumbass.

Nope.

and it just leaked that he's paying players?
Please cite your proof.

Don’t know if already discussed, but if you suspend Wade, don’t you have to suspend Javonte?

Well, of course, LSU should suspend Will Wade because he was wired by the FBI for buying college Basketball Recruits, Busted.

Curious why they haven't suspended Javonte Smart

Wade is gone! Who would want to coach at LSU after this even cleared.

It's like Alleva is trying to please the national media.
YA THINK??!

At this point we know he’s a bright mind and he can win. Keep him and deal with the consequences. Make Wade feel indebted to LSU so he cant leave when he wins again. If he’s gone we’ll be back to the shitter

Even if Wade survives this here
The treatment and support from this administration will probably give him not much desire to stay.

I think we need to go to the monitor for review first.

I don't see how this buys time. It's not going to change the punishment if Wade is guilty.
Its more of a public relations issue at this point with the way it has caught fire with the media. They have to protect the university and its standards. Give them a few days and they can see what type of evidence they are working with, and hopefully reinstate him if it doesnt prove to be something they feel is incriminating in the long run. I think then you'll see then stand behind him if it calls for it. You just can't stand behind him now knowing this could go sour. They'd look like fools.

This on the heels of my post that I put out there less than an hour ago on the other thread, "the worst thing that Alleva could do is fire Wade". What a fricking idiot.
Agree with the few posts that I read on here, this does nothing for us except for making us look guilty. Let it run its course and if they try to screw us in April, make sure that it blows up and exposes EVERYONE, not just LSU.
That said, more shite is coming for other schools. The end game for Dawkins and his attorneys is to distract from what he did, they'll need to expose a lot more than just Will Wade and they will want it to be a crescendo building toward the trial in April.
Oh, and fire Alleva.

So it does nothing for us, got it.

This decision comes from the same idiot that couldn't handle firing Miles when he should have and lost us better coaches in the process. Our AD cannot handle negativity from the media, and makes stupid decisions anytime he's faced with it.

Frick Alleva and frick Alexander. They are both scumbags.

Mud - this is a good point. If it comes out he didn't do anything wrong, he now knows the LSU admin isn't in his corner.
