The bowl game predictions are all over the map, interesting that the analysts really have no idea what this team is going to bring

I personally am a purple and gold glasses kind a guy, so I'm loving Courso and HerbStreit picks and hope to God they're right, Sunshine pumped!

This team is very similar to the 2010 11-2 team.

Seeing that Harris will be the quarterback makes people feel better. If he is just average, we are going to be very capable.

If Herbstreit is right I wonder how many people on here will want Miles fired for losing two national championship games?

Personally, I feel this team has a chip on their shoulder and it will only continue for the next 3-4 years with the talent Miles and co. are assembling.

I believe Fournette desperately wants to win a championship for the state of Louisiana and more importantly, the city of New Orleans. If Brandon can weather the storm over the first 3 weeks of the season, the sky is the limit for this team this season and beyond.

Probably the same number of knuckleheads that want him fired right now. He's been a very successful head coach and he represents the school well, but that doesn't matter to some of the shite-birds that post on here.

Geaux Tigers, Geaux Les!

If Brandon can lead us through Auburn his confidence level would be out the roof and then it's smooth sailing from there

All this new love has me bummed. I liked it better when the talking heads were saying we were gonna suck, because they are almost never right.

Average is not going to get us to the playoff. We need him to be well above average to overcome the bad bounces and the holes on defense to get us where w want to be.

Trendy dark horse? Not hardly; go back and look at the 2014 preseason talk. Everyone was talking about the talent being amassed (Fournette, Dupre, Harris, Adams, Quinn), and how with some experience, this team would be beastly. 2014 was seen as "if you're going to beat LSU, you better do it now while you can".

It's both funny and a shame that the national media seems to get this, while so much of the fan base is panicked and miserable

I agree. If we can just have a mediocre QB, we have the talent to surround him and make wins happen

Exactly. I feel the same way. Brandon already has confidence. If he can lead LSU to wins at Miss. St. and Auburn.......

Sorry SEC. We tried to tell you.

Oh how true this statement is. If Harris gets it going early, I pray for the rest of the SEC.
