She wanted to come home to LA. She loves LSU and has wanted to coach here, from what I recall she said in her interviews. She also said it wasn't about the money if my memory is operating successfully today.

right timing in everyones life. She accomplished all she could do at Baylor. She had a slight riff with athletic director and LSU had an opening. If she came back to Louisiana she would could be state employee for 10 years coupled with her time before Baylor. For state retirement based on her current salary she needed 10 years in Louisiana system. Perfect timing in her life to make a move.
