Wouldn't make much financial sense unless it were a special television deal to play a major team out of conference... something like what A&M and Arkansas will be doing for example

Brah I really dig Tiger Stadium but some times i dont think justice is done. The tigers should play in new orleans alot more. Brah i tell you that it would be off the chain! PLus we seen how he last few LSU games in the dome do! What ya think?

I think you make a great point. Two home games a year in New Orleans it is. I also think that we should add a game in Hammond against USL for everyone on the North Shore that can't make it into New Orleans, a game in Shreveport each year against La. Tech or ULM, and a game in Lake Charles against the winner of Sam Houston St. and Stephen F. Austin.

That will leave 3 games a year in Tiger Stadium. Let's make sure that one of those 3 games is the JP/LF/Raycom 11:30 game of the week and the other is a 2:30 CBS game so that we can have our night game in Tiger Stadium against Rice or someone. That would be cool!

No way does this make any sense. You have an open stadium versus a dome. You have 92,000 versus 72,000. Grass versus turf, there is no sense in it at all. Sure for someone in New Orleans it means convience, but why lose money, have a better shot at injury and play in a concrete looking cave instead of looking at the Louisiana night sky? New Orleans has the Saints and Hornets, leave the tigers for Baton Rouge.
