Of course, this could change as we aren’t done adding guys, but if season started today it will be

Justice Hill
Justice Williams
Trae Hannibal (Derek Fountain slide in if Hannibal doesn’t get a waiver)
Mwani Wilkinson
Jalen Reed

Cam Hayes
Kendal Coleman
Derek Fountain
Corneilous Williams

PG- Justice Hill
SG- Cam Hayes
SF- Mwani Wilkinson
PF- Derek Fountain
C- Kendal Coleman

Bench
Cornelius Williams, F
Trae Hannibal, G
Jalen Reed, F
Justice Williams, G

Although personally I don't think we have our starting center yet, or I hope not. If We get a big like Shareef, KJ Williams, or Efton Reid, then Coleman shifts over to starting PF.

Who in God’s name is going to score out of this lineup?

Funny question considering that’s probably what a large amount of people were asking at the start of last season. Most considered Darius to be our offensive threat before we saw what Eason could do

Way too early...
Hill - Scores, Team Leader
Hayes - 36% 3 balls as FR. Needs to bounce back
Mwani - Corner 3 & D guy. Does the dirty work needed for glue. Should be big improvement.
Coleman - Avgd Double/Double. Starts for me till he proves he can't. Looking for 12 & 8.
Jalen Reed - I'll take your word for it. Can't wait to look into his game.

Hannibal - I'm hoping for double figures off the bench. He's 21, I like the maturity off the bench.
Fountain - length off the bench. Maybe he goes off and is a foundation piece going forward. Maybe not.
Williams - the year of maturity/diet should make him more physically ready to compete. He showed some nice floor awareness when he was relaxed and playing as opposed to thinking.
Corneilous Williams - all I know is he's 6'9" and long.

It should be said we're not close to filling the roster. Any of - and hopefully 2 of - K.J./the big kid from NCState/Lofton would go a long way for scoring and team defense.

KJ Williams is coming.

He's your 4.

At least, that's what they tell me.

I think we're going to need a 5 still. Right now we'd have to use Coleman there and he's a little undersized (though he would be a problem for slower bigs on the offensive end).

He still has some options there.

And we need a 3 point bomber. That's where I think he might come up short this year.

3 point bomber = Parker Edwards. Best 3 point shooter in LHSSA history.

If KJ comes, fingers crossed, he can play the 5 spot. 6-10, 248lbs is big enough especially if you pair him with Reed at 6-9, 230. That’s a big enough front line.

I don't think your lineup cuts it. Three guards and a 6'5" forward who doesn't rebound well with an unproven freshman. Looks like we would get killed on the boards and the three guards don't do you much good if you don't have anybody to get the rebound and start the fast break. Coleman looks good and has proven rebound ability so I think he definitely starts. Fountain is an unknown but also has potential to be there because of size and rebound ability.
