Let me see if I understand you.

You have your panties in a wad over a "contract reporter" who did a piece for a Florida newspaper?

Other than the basic history of Volsted and some income figures, all I read was catastrophic predictions on what the future may hold, or not.

If 15% back to the university is factual, it's happening no matter what this cry baby says about it.

He's right. LSU's athletic program is in disarray. It's President is assisting the B.R. mayor with quashing a legitimate democratic movement in St. George, and the University decides to endorse a beer? Pathetic.

Pretty sure it is the athletic department doing this. The athletic department is part of the university in name only. It is a private run business for the most part.

I'm pretty sure you're wrong.

FWIW, my initial post was made in jest.

I understand that a school is technically the student body, but I think it's incorrect to say that you're "putting students on a bottle of Jack". Every alum is a LSU Tiger for the rest of their life. A LSU beer isn't just something that represents the student body.

This guy writes a lot of anti LSU articles, which is weird since it is an Orlando newspaper.
