Let him play a different position every inning.

What MLB'ers did it? Hasn't an LSU player done it as well? Or am I dreaming?

I can’t remember either, but there was an LSU guy back in the Bertman days that ran through most, if not all positions in same game.

Actually, it did. He ended up being the losing pitcher.

Nah, Theriot moved from SS to pitcher during one game when we ran out of relief pitchers.

i was at the game. he pitched the 9th so i don't recall him being the losing pitcher. seems like i recall being surprised that he started at catcher and finished at pitcher. i would have done it the other way around. i guess it doesn't really matter because it was a midweek game anyway. that was also back in the days of the mcdonald's sign and the only time i remember it being lit for a home run was armando rios of all people. got a free big mac.

back on topic, osik was a hell of a baseball player. solid career in the majors.

Did Trey McClure do it? Seems like he's who I vaguely remember doing it.

No. Trey McClure just hit 1 thousand grand slams in his career or so it seems.

Keith Osik attended "Louisiana State, where he became the first college baseball player in over 100 years to play all nine positions in one game."
