I will support my alma mater, once the current leadership (FKA) is replaced. Not a penny until then.

Stupid name. Makes me think of feminist. Considering this Adminstration it kind of makes sense.

Oh it’s on now. I hope this backfires in epic proportions and just reignites the venom

Attendance has lagged in everything (except basketball bc of WW) and no changes were made. Have to take it up a notch to be heard. There is no other way to do it.

Blame LSU for not making changes when the revolt was limited to sports. They’ve forced our hand.

That’s only sports. Again how do you expect us to show disapproval for the direction of the university itself?

Exactly, and since the endowment’s funding has always been piss poor I don’t think they’ll get the message some of you are trying to send.

No, it’s called, “We don’t trust this assclown with our money.” Why would I trust FKA to spend this money wisely? How hard is this for you to comprehend?

Terrible name. Also wont see a dime from me

I actually sort of feel bad because this plan has probably been in the works from the LSU Foundation, LSU Alumni Association, Tiger Athletic Foundation and Pennington Biomedical Research Foundation for so long now only for the timing of the rollout to be so terrible.
But hopefully the silver lining is it proves more of a wakeup call for decision makers to fricking do something. Football shouldn't have to fail or a major athletic scandal should't have to hit to get rid of an AD. Be proactive and do better

My philanthropic ranking is around 1550. I have given plenty of money to TAF, Foundation, Alumni Association, and the programs where I earned my LSU degrees. I am a season ticket holder in football, basketball, and baseball. I am turning the spigot off until the clowns on the BOS, Alexander, and Alleva are gone. I am returning my football season tickets I have had for over 20 years and basketball season tickets for over 10.

No money from me, and just shows the tone deafness of this administration.

I agree with many posters on here.
$0
The leadership at LSU is horrendous and it goes way beyond athletics. The endless waste of funding and the inability to utilize the talented minds of Louisiana screams incompetence. LSU has always had my support and my heart. The debacle as of late is the tip of iceberg across athletics, academics, etc. The promotion of “yes” men and women in departments across campus stifle the creativity and excitement that LSU was once proud of. While I love what used to be LSU, the dickbags running the show and all of their self-serving, untalented followers need to be shown the door if LSU wants to recover. Then and only then would I consider writing a check.

Yep. As noted in the article...it's been planned for 2+ years now and there have been major events in place for the next two days for almost a year.

Agreed. Might be the kick in the pants alumni and leadership beyond LSU needs to make the jump forward.

More people doing this will force the school to rethink things!
