frick that coaching staff for allowing him back in the game, putting his career in jeopardy.
Yea because I’m sure the kid was really saying “Coach I don’t think I should go back in”
I’m sure he downplayed the injury so he could go back in to play more.
I love when people downplay the coaching staff when they obviously didn’t know he had such a severe injury.

Yeah he limped off there too but his leg got twisted very awkwardly and the LB came down on him with his full weight on the run.
Certainly looked like that could have done further damage

It’s football. People get hurt. He’ll be ok. Quit acting like like I’m kicking babies.

Does the coach not have eyes? He was clearly hurt.

Yes I know what his brother did. College football is a dirty business so the actions of his brother should not be surprising.

because the kid went to play football at another school where he thought would be better for himself? Go frick yourself with this shite. He's a kid playing a game he loves. Because he didn't choose to go to LSU doesn't make him a piece of shite, nor does it make his deserving of this injury. You should probably go kys right now.
I see you Mr. Patterson

I don’t buy that. They all knew something was up because when Shea came out the injury tent, he was in tears. Even Holly Rowe said he was visually upset.

You think Alabama or Ole Miss gives a shite about a washed up La kid?

He's out for the season and you start a thread talking about how cool it is that it happened against LSU.

What these kids don't realize is there is life after football. If you plan on living in La you have it made if you went to LSU. Getting a good job is pretty easy. You think Alabama or Ole Miss gives a shite about a washed up La kid?
This fan base is retarded. Shea Patterson is not from Louisiana.
It's unfrickingreal how many times this has to be pointed out.

“kids”
17, 18-year-old males have been known to make a lot of bad decisions and not only where they might choose to play their college football. I think we forget sometimes what decisions we might have been making at that same age.
We won and they loss. Let it go.

I can imagine moving to Georgia for my soph-jr years of hs, then going to a national school for my last year and everyone expecting me to go to UGA because i lived in Ga for 2 years.

I personally think Patterson looked like a good sport on that field and even when LSU players were jawing him, he just smiled
It sucks that he got hurt

Someone should go kill themself because you don't like something that he implied on a message board about some goofy fig who could hypothetically do 1,000,000 other things with his life if football didn't work out. Maybe you should check your priorities in life you fricking weirdo, it's just a game

Exactly right, dumbass. And the dick OP is saying this very talented kid deserved to have a season ending knee injury. Like his choosing to go to Ole Miss over LSU is somehow justification to say that he brought the injury upon himself. It's stupid, makes our fan base look petty, and an embarrassment to LSU fans.

quote:Well, it was a little bit more than that in the case of Brothers Patterson.
I don't get the hate for a kid that doesn't choose LSU. How can anyone blame Patterson for not choosing LSU with its track record for destroying qbs careers?
Bad on OM for putting him back out there. He was dealing with collapsing pockets much of the game and OM puts so many in routes the QB has to be mobile to be successful so they not only put their team in a bad position, but Patterson personally.
It's the equivalent of playing LF7 against UF when he wasn't physically ready. That was a bad decision, no matter how much he wanted to. Coaches have to buck up and say no, even to stars, sometimes. Especially to stars. That's why you're a coach and he's a 20 year old who's supposed to follow your lead.
