LSU is led by reactionaries. Not people with strategic vision.

What you are witnessing in real time is lack of strategic vision by Joe Alleva and this administration. The lack of strategic vision is leading to tactical debacles like this.

If changes are not made we will see more tactical missteps in the future.

These people can’t think two steps ahead.

Shouldn't they have a a plan?

This shouldn't catch them flat footed

They are absolute bitches who don’t know how to have the balls to stand by their decisions. Same exact thing happened with Les

AD just wants the money. Not a vision to improve programs.

I’m not sure university administration officials have actually scheduled a meeting where the planned agenda was to discuss strategies in the event a head coach is caught cheating.

How do you justify keeping an AD around for your respective university who is getting publicly berated and is universally hated by the fan base?

Wade situation or not, this needs to be the end of Joe Alleva. He should be run out of town and LSU needs to go get an AD that is not a PR nightmare and who has successfully run a major AD.

Very true.

And most of the fans have the same makeup.

I view them more as bureaucrats- they shuffle paper. Aleeva shakes hands, holds meetings, makes phone calls, moves the stapler from one side of the desk to the other. Fking is more of a Progressive bureaucrat, he inhabits the world of virtue Signaling and safe spaces. They are effete and easily bullied by others, including those who would harm LSU. Fking for his part enjoys bullying those he has power over.

All of this has been known for years . This is not new to the Will Wade situation.

What is their job then?

You think meat pie company doesn't have a plan if a plant worker Johnny loses a finger nail in the pies?

This is big business and they arent running it that way

Well since his name was mentioned in October to testify about wiretaps, they sure did look flat footed this week.

Most of you call us idiots fans for standing by a cheater?

It’s really simple, if he was good to coach after it hit in October he good to coach now. Nothing has changed, other than the media bringing it back up.

Hearing it was the BOS’ decision and not Alleva now. Praying it’s not true because if so, we have a lot deeper issues than anything we imagined.

There are a zillion ways to cheat....or get caught cheating for that matter. No, I don’t believe there have been meetings where every scenario and the repercussions are worked out in detail. I do, however believe there are general guidelines that stipulate cheating is wrong and will be dealt with accordingly.

We’ve seen that Alleva and Alexander cave under pressure, so that’s what we need to do, pressure them. Force them to reevaluate their decision and at least reinstate Wade and Smart until the NCAA or FBI comes forward with something more tangible than a conversation on tape. It’s not too late. We need the fans, alumni, TAF fat cats to keep on them. frick Dick Vitale, CBS, ESPN, etc. Keep fighting until there’s nothing left to fight for.
