That is one of the reasons I drop in here. No matter what the subject, if it is complimentary to LSU in any way, here will be a herd of posters that rush to shite on it.
Most of the time they spell words wrong or use them wrong or have their facts completely out of kilter but that never stops them.
You just have to love the intelligence level on display here.

Exactly what I thought. This is one of the most irritating things that Les does. He actually coaches them to aim for the corner of the end zone rather than having them kick through the end zone.
I suppose his philosophy is that we can get them back further than the 25 by doing this. And of course always the chance of a turnover. But it often winds up with us having worse field position because of kicking out of bounds or even worse a good runback.

I'm missing 1 kickoff since ESPN's play by play doesn't show it, but our opponents have averaged a starting field position from kickoffs at the ~21.5 yard line. The national average is around the 27. The only 2 kicks that the opponent started beyond the 27 were the two that went out of bounds. Peveto getting it done
