I think this is backwards. I think there will still always be a push to build your program up through traditional recruiting, but you will top it off with the portal to address immediate needs.

That is not a fact. The game needs to be played and Deion could easily get a few upsets. Doesn't mean it will happen. But I would enjoy for it to.
