Sure, but your odds of losing are 35:1

No thanks. No starting pitching and bad defense.

If LSU ends up paired with anyone not named Tennessee I think so.

What do you think? I’m tempted!

I’m thinking you got it wrong. They are 25:1 to win the CWS on betmgm, so 0 chance they are 35:1 to make it to Omaha

They’re good enough to make it out of the regional but the super will be a coin flip at best.

I don’t even see any book that has odds on making it to Omaha

I really don’t know. You’re probably right but it’s pretty vague and misleading on Fanduel IMO.

No sportsbook is offering those odds. College baseball betting is pretty obscure still. I’ve yet to see a sportsbook offer odds on winning a regional/SR/making it to Omaha. If you are only seeing 1 future bet, it is to win the CWS

That may mean to WIN the world series....not just make the field of 8?

LSU is going to destroy Texas in their regional.

Take that and run with it if you get those odds. I doubt that's true, though. 35:1 to win the CWS sounds more realistic.

LSU can get out of a regional, home or away, with Berry and/or Doughty back. May need both but definitely need at least 1. We can't get out of a regional with Cranford and Bianco in the lineup and Jobert in RF. 1 of those things may fly, but not all of them. I also think we need another catcher to contribute. McManus catching 3 games in a row is bad.

Probably need Doughty and Berry to get to Omaha.

Gotta have pitchers and a defensuve to give you a chance to make it to Omaha. Games vs Kentucky and Tennessee showed do not have much of a defense or a deep roster of good pitching

Take it now and then bet on everybody else that’s there to hedge when they make it.
