Georgia gets beat by bama--badly. N. Dame loses to Syracuse(look what cuse did with Clemson), Oklahoma loses to W. Virginia and Michigan loses to Ohio St.
Phew, Geaux Tigers

In b4 bitching by puh-fee say fans about facing bama again.

Why does everyone make the simple assumption that LSU just moves up as teams lose?
And what about Washington St?

What about WV and Washington State? If WV beats Oklahoma they are jumping LSU.

Washington State will have to lose, West Virginia will have to lose to OU in the Big 12 championship game, and Ohio State will have to lose another game and beat Michigan. Too much to ask for. We can hope a miracle happens but this ain’t 2007 baw

Nope. Realistically if this happens.......
-LSU wins out
-Notre Dame loses to Syracuse or USC
-Ohio st beats Michigan then loses to Northwestern or Michigan beats Ohio st then loses to Northwestern
-West Virginia loses to Oklahoma st
- then West Virginia beats Oklahoma
-Washington st loses to Washington
-UGA loses to Alabama
Then we would get in!!!
So you’re saying there’s a chance

I dont Knownif we jump 1 loss WVU or a 1 Loss Ohio state if they both win out.
Also I dont See how we jump 1 loss alabama with 2 loses and a 29 point beat down to Alabama at home. If we jump either team for a second SEC spot it would be UGA

A giant sinkhole opens up that takes Alabama and Georgia with it into the abyss. LSU would get in then.

Not so fast my friend..... It may play out EXACTLY like 2007. Let's see who is left standing at end of regular season and then focus on the championship games. Here's the way its looking (for anyone needing some guidance...):
Georgia MUST lose to Ala. I don't care if it's by 1 point on a missed Ala. FG from 10 yards away. They will still NOT jump an LSU team that beat them. Final scores are not as important as "W's" and we got a "W" on the Dawgs..... besides WHITE was out in 1st half against ALA. LSU never got a chance to get momentum IMO.
Notre Dame can probably lose 1 game and still be up on LSU. Syracuse would be a reputable loss. ND discussions on them not making playoffs should go away - assuming they only lose 1 game. Ditto for Clemson.
2. Michigan-Ohio State loser is out. The winner MUST lose to Northwestern in championship game to rule out the Big10 champion as playoff worthy.
3. Oklahoma-West Virginia loser is out. The winner may be as well OUT if WV stumbles this weekend against OSU. In any event the winner may still need to lose to Texas or perhaps Iowa State in championship game to rule out the Big12 champion as playoff worthy.
If other scenarios are needed we'll discuss another time. For now I see 3 teams in the playoff (which is what an LSU fan should hope for) - ALA, CLEM, and ND. We need to sneak in as 4th seed and jump Big10 and Big12 champions. Not sold on Pac10 conference champion due to NO strength of schedule IMHO. SEC rocks!

Les Miles were the coach.
Haha I'm just kidding. Les Miles blows. Hes about to get exposed at Kansas.

Nope. In that situation West Virginia and Ohio State get in.

Yeah. He’ll probably run that well established, historically great Kansas program into the ground.

I don’t think all of those things will happen. Therefore, I’m on the “let GA beat Bama and both get in the CP F and we are in the Sugar Bowl representing the SEC, I’d much rather that than what everyone is predicting today, which is the Peach Bowl. Let’s stay home, fill up the Dome ad then Bourbon Street. Just my 2 cents and Geaux Tigers, either way, if we end up in the Sugar Bowl or the CFP or even the Peach, that’s a step in the right dirertion for the program and Geaux Tigers!!
