I apologize I couldn’t do the meet thread tonight as I’m traveling.
Also they have to stop giving vaults that are not fully stuck a 10. Judges just don’t know what they are doing

I would have gone 9.90, 9.925 for KJ’s vault. Kiya 9.875. Haleigh 9.85. Got some friendly judging. You can’t throw a 10 for an uncontrolled landing. Sorry. Not trying to sound harsh but overscoring does no one any good.

The fact that they only give KJ a 9.875 for a dart landing but then give Bryant a 9.975 for an uncontrolled landing is…something. Everyone will remember the overscore and bitch all weekend.

I’m a bit confused on what’s is up with Brock and how we are using her this year. We exhibition a full instead of one our 10.0 vaults sitting on the side? None of this makes sense

Did she intend to do a full, though? Maybe it was something she changed in the air if it felt off? I can’t see any reason to have her do a full when she has always competed the 1.5

Pretty clear the judges said this meets over after Arky's early falls so they're just handing out scores.

The beam scores were definitely a little wonky. But at least we had another week where we didn’t just shoot ourselves in the foot.
