Why not just have each person carry a water bottle into the game?

Btw I did not realize, but this is allowed this year. Each fan is allowed to bring in 1 sealed bottle of water in to the game with them…. So this defeats the whole purpose of them taking your bottle caps at concession stand.

They wouldn't let you keep the lid to a water bottle. It's not a fricking beer.

This has been a rule for a long time. It’s a safety thing preventing fans from throwing full bottles at/on the field, etc.

Easy solution...you know what water TS sells so go buy some bottles of it. When you are done with a bottle, save the cap. Then the next game you go to bring however many caps you need. "F%$k you, I won't do what you tell me."

Its amazing how some fans can`t be happy even with a
needed dominate win.

A "dominate" win? WTH is that?

This could have been written in 1982 (as a letter to the editor of the State Times). I will say, TS held 25K less people and Baton Rouge had 1/3 the population then as it does now, so it only took an hour to get home 30 years ago. But all other issues you mentioned have been a thing forever.

People complain about anything. Sit at home in the AC with ya drink of choice but then complain about Tiger Stadium not being what it used to be.

They had hundreds of people stuck because they put free parking in a mud hole.

Why not build a huge off site parking lot and run transit buses back and forth from the parking lot to the stadium?
It would make parking easier, and significantly reduce the vehicle traffic at the stadium.

I actually liked the band coming down right before the players. That’s one change that I liked.

makes the bottles less effective as a missile.

The piss flies out of them better when they're open anyway.

I actually found the concessions vastly improved. They were fast and efficient, and the variety was nice.

Also, flat screen tvs!!!!!

It’s only been raining everyday for the past 3 months. Not sure what you expect them to do about the levee lots.
