I, personally, would have been embarrassed to have brought an outside fan to this game/event let alone my kids.
I'm not saying everything needs to be kid-centric, but it gets to a point where you're harming the future of the program by catering to the bandwagon casual adult fan there for a party instead of creating loyal, young fans who actually care about the team.

THIS. I believe it was the Red Sox...It was years ago, don't really remember. You had to have a ticket to get on all the streets surrounding the ballpark to get in all the bars and everything.

unfortunately look where the stadium is located.......I know it's gotten worse these last few years. Agree with everything you've said.
