This is an overview of the LSU Depth Chart organized according to remaining years of eligibility. For example, a senior would be highlighted in red at the top of his position, and both a true freshman and a redshirt freshman would be highlighted in green at the bottom.
• Red = 1 year remaining
• Orange = 2 years remaining
• Yellow = 3 years remaining
• Green = 4 years remaining
I did not try to predict starters, but I did place incoming transfers below returning players of the same eligibility.
There may be a mistake somewhere, but I tried to predict eligibility by looking at each player's Roster > Career Stats > Games Played on the LSUsports.net website, even if the player recorded no position-based stats.
You will also notice that I lumped a bunch of players in at Center. This is in accordance with Brody Miller's report that Coach Brad Davis has been charged with the task of developing a Center from among these players on the current roster (Spencer Payne not listed).

Brennan should have 2. I know he’s hoping to light it up and go pro after this season.

I think you're right. With 2 medical redshirt years and the extra COVID year, he should have 2 seasons of eligibility. I will make the edit. Thanks.

Is he going to be 30 if he plays 2 more years?

Never mind. They're back. You must have been correcting them.

I think you should rename this, because it’s not exactly a depth chart and a lot of posters will skip your post and just look at your chart and then bitch at you about starters.

Which is a shame because you. Lesley put effort into the charts and they are j formative.

Also, I think Shorts end up at Center.

Great job, that took some time!

On the eligibility, unless I am missing something, it seems you are giving the free covid year to some (Brennan, Dumerville) but not all (Martinez, Boutte)

Gregory Brooks definitely has more than one year left.

And there’s no way Maason Smith isn’t in the starting lineup. There’s no one on that line better than him. He has the potential to be our most disruptive lineman since Dorsey.

You may have explained this, but im not sure I understand what the decimal numbers represent, and why they are only by some players?

Dellinger will start somewhere on the OL and Todd Harris will not be a starter at S.

The 0 in front of the single digit numbers makes this lose all credibility. /s

Seriously, nice work. It's helpful to see how the pieces could potentially fit together.

Shorts was not listed among the 6 players being trained for Center.

These are player ratings for incoming transfers and true freshmen, which are listed according to 247sports.

I think Maason Smith starts as well, and also Major Burns.
