I was there for 4 days this week for a quick NYC trip. Saw a lot of Clemson fans as well.

Was in the Bahamas last summer and saw an old dude driving a truck sporting an LSU sticker in the window. We gave him a "GEAUX Tigers at the red light. Dude looked at us like we were crazy. Sticker must have come with the truck.

I told him " around the bowl and down the hole"... Then asked him how he made it to 5th Avenue from the trailer park...

I was in Cebu City, the Philippines in 2007. I saw a local guy wearing an LSU t-shirt. I approached him, and he didn't speak English. I felt like an idiot, but was glad to see an LSU shirt there. My guess is he probably got the shirt in some kind of international care package. Plenty poverty and typhoons there.

I was in the Congo in early 2012 and saw a bunch of people wearing LSU National Champion shirts. I gave all of them a Geaux Tiger. They didn't seem to know what I was saying

Why is that? Now I'm certainly not Joe Superfan wearing Purple and Gold head to toe but I do like to sport my Tiger hat when I'm out and about both here in Jax and anywhere else. Funny thing is, when I'm in Baton Rouge I'm a little less inclined to wear it because it's so common there. That's when I'm more apt to wear something else.

There's a Muslim-owned Alabama-themed shop in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Not exclusively LSU clothes but always have a few LSU items packed.. My husband was wearing an LSU windbreaker when the Gump who was carrying the modern equivalent of a sandwich board BTW, made his comment.
