The scenery was wonderful. People were good natured and helpful.
The scoreboards were worse than Tiger Stadium.
You had to exit the stadium to get concessions and use bathroom. Weird.
Old Town Pasadena was clean, safe and offered many dining and drinking options.
I had a good time.

Wow. In Southern Cali and meeting that doofus was the highlight of your trip. You need to get out more. Just saying. I’m just kidding but Chicken is a dork.
By the way, besides the outcome of the game, the weekend was fantastic and I would do it again...didn't even scratch the surface of things to do in Los Angeles.

Chicken, was good to see you and have a few minutes to talk. How did your game parking work out?
Wish LSU could get something along the line of the shuttle bus system that UCLA has, would make a major impact on traffic.

It's was a nice place to visit. Wouldn't want to have taken my family on the metro but was fine for baws watching each others' backs.
The insult to injury at the game was the non-stop excessively loud cowbells, rap, bear roars, and that cheerleader with the squeaky high pitched voice. Thank God I had my noise cancelling AirPods. Now kindly get off of my lawn.

We did. Actually, the locked gate at the end of the park after that long walk up the hill was metaphoric after watching that football game. We had to find something to laugh about. Pretty darn funny watching a bunch of 60 year olds climbing over that wall and fence to get back to the bars.

Fantastic trip and environment. No complaints there other than the last 3 quarters of the game.

Very fun trip. The LA area is huge and so diverse with the hills, mountains, beach, neighborhoods, etc... Each community has totally different feel from the others. Pasadena is totally different from LA which is totally different from Santa Monica which is totally different from .... you get the picture.
Food was outstanding.
The strangest comment (but i guess should have been unsurprising) was about the national anthem before the game. Visited with a local the next morning and he said all his friends who went to the game were talking about the singing of the national anthem. Said it has been a long time since they've heard a large group sing the anthem so loudly. It was really no different than any rendition before any LSU home game but something that really stood out to them.
