LSU could go on a run in baseball

I overly optimistic that the LSU baseball team will win the first three games it plays starting Friday.
I know we are paired with Tennessee but we came real close to beating them 2 out of 3 early in the season. I honestly think we can win our next 5 games in row. That gets us to Omaha. Once we get there, anything can happen.

They will make a run, a run on back to Baton Rougfe after they embarrass themselves like they have done all year. It’s ok man, they are just not a good baseball team.

You’re just setting yourself up for a major letdown. Did our 6-9 hole hitters finally decide not to hit under .200? Will we not make dumb errors at 2B? Can the bullpen finally be consistent?
I’m optimistic as well but I also won’t be shocked if we do our usual 2 run, 3 hit performance on Friday

Here's the thing with the post season ... the BS is over. you can either hit ... or not.
you can throw strikes ... or not.
you can f'n lay down a bunt ... or not.
If you can do it, now is the time to do it. We'll know where this team lies historically in very short order.

If Bianco starts at 2B and GIO in center I would feel a lot better fielding wise. If Safford starts at 2nd ummm yeahhh
