before LSU gets into meaningful playoff games. The way our infielders throw short to first base over and over again, it is a necessity. Wouldn't it be awful for LSU to lose a playoff game because of a bad throw to first base that our first baseman couldn't dig out of the dirt?

Jared Jones is not leaving the lineup. Get over it already

Lol, get over what? I’m ok with Jones, I just prefer Morgan. Jesus, calm down.

I’m fine with Jones at first, but I’m a little surprised Beloso hasn’t gotten a few more starts there. I don’t ever remember him being a liability in the field.

Not to mention, Morgan doesn't have the arm for LF

I’m just so tired of Jones and his Ks.

Go back to Morgan 1B with Pearson and Kling as the corner OF.

Not Pearson. That ship has sailed this year.

Sounds to me like we need infielders who can throw to first base properly.

Don't blame Jones or Tre for the shitty throws coming their way.

He is our 4th best hitter in conference play. And that's including Travenski.

Being closer to the mound, it would prevent him from getting as winded when he runs in to pitch in relief.

Almost anyone would be as good as Tre in left field.

Tre is one of if not the best first basemen in the country.

No one thinks Jones would not be in the lineup, just not 1B for the run at the end of the season.

You want Pearson and Kling in the lineup? At the same time?
