He is right. For whatever reason Louisiana people just live pissed off. It is a happy pissed off though if that makes sense Sit around a good Cajun crawfish boil and you'll see. Everyone is happy and having a good time, but they are all complaining bout something or talking shite to someone

I believe the apathy set in when this highly rated program went 4-4 in NON CONFERENCE GAMES!
you're not really going to build a sh-ton of wildly enthusiastic fans that way.
