With 5 days plus game day to go, I'm going to post rnolan's videos from youtube of the games. He does a great job of highlighting the best parts of each game.
We start today with the 1991 championship.
LSU would strike first with 2 runs in the top of the first inning. a Sac Fly and RBI single
Wichita state would respond a run, we respond with a two run bomb to go up 4-1
Later in the game LSU would put up 2 more runs to go up 6-1
Wichita state would get two more runs with a sac fly and home run.
LSUs Defense shined in this game with a few good plays to take away extra base hits and a run.
This was Skips first Title ever, and they won the CWS for the first time in 5 tries, they made it 3 straight years from 1989 to 1991
