I'd be willing to sacrifice a few non-conference games to get these guys experience and truly ready for SEC.
One thing we shouldn't overlook is catcher. Pap will be great, but a freshman at catcher isn't ideal at all. Chinea and Sciv are liabilities back there though.

Game 1 - 40 degrees with 15 mph winds. Attendance - 7,500.
