How is this any sort of rebuttal about throwing mechanics, which aren't dependent on facing live hitters?

I didn’t say it would prove to help, but it’s clear his mechanics have changed & the movements have been cleaned up.

That was clearly what needed to happen. A lot of extra movement in his delivery. I guess he got impatient but he was really wild last year.

First time following college baseball? Ever hear of fall ball? Schools posting their internal scrimmages? I’ll give you a pass this once. Meanwhile, from what the fall ball looked like, we rolling deep. Bats just have to get hot and stay hot at the right time. Would love to see more baseball convos on here

Of all the sports and programs to leave, LSU baseball is top of the top for any kid wanting to play college ball. To leave speaks to character, and no amount of mechanics work will fix that. Hope we tee off on his arse when we see him.

I don’t care what the preseason hype was last year for this staff, this years staff is downright nasty. Most talented group I’ve seen in a while.

Because we didn't see him for much of the 2023 season and all of the 2024 season. I'd assume he's fully recovered now but as a fan, it feels like forever since we've seen him.

This has been said every year, and in every year except 2023 pitching is the weak link.

This board bitched about every pitcher not named Paul Skenes in 2023. The rant thought Ty Floyd was a bum until game 1 of the championship series

Man why even debate this… kid left because we benched him. He threw a fit got told to get better and awol’ed instead. That’s a total lack of character and if you can’t see it get bent

Transferring for an opportunity to get more time on the mound is a lack of character but creating false narratives and demeaning a kid because of that false narrative is not a lack of character.

Got it.
