We need to go 7-1 in these next 8 home games. If we do that, we're comfortably in the tournament and we go to Auburn with an outside chance at grabbing a host spot.

I won't say that's impossible but it's very unlikely.
My guess is 4-4 in the next 8.

I agree Money, but that is more the name than anything the team has done. LSU this year is not very good and no I'm not for firing PM. This was going to be a down year and the injuries have killed the Tigers.

Based on Boyd's World needs report, there is no way for us to get a top 16 RPI and we need 9 wins in our final 11 games just to get an RPI in the top 32. Obviously this doesn't account for the SECT, but our chances of hosting at this point are zero. We just need to focus on finishing the SEC season with a winning conference record to get an invite

If we go 4-4 in the next 8, we're not making the NCAA tournament.

That's fair. I said "outside". It's hard to imagine a 17-13, 18-12 LSU team not hosting a regional but our RPI is pathetic right now due to the non-conference losses so you're probably right.
