Our alumni relations and fundraising efforts are just awful.
Have been as long as I remember.
I have a degree from LSU and a degree from a school that is second to none in fundraising and endowment.
The differences are night and day.
It begins with treating students as if they are important assets from the moment the first come on campus as freshmen.
It continues with that theme through the life of that student.

Why would you expect Canes to use only LSU players?
How is D. Stingley gonna help sell more chicken in OKC than a Sooner standout?
Myles Brennan will be unknown to Dallas Cane’s customers, but a big UT player could help them with an endorsement.
That’s gonna be the nature of college sports NIL value, except in very rare cases.

Never said I cared. Someone brought up canes as being a BR business. Fact is they moved their HQ to TX many years ago. I agree with them sponsoring multiple players from different schools.

Yeah, LSU nickel and dimes you as a student and then ghosts you after graduation besides the occasional donation call.

What school ? Just curious since I may consider sending my children there.

Totally agree, which is why I asked! We definitely need to get it together.

Is the OP asking for a list? What’s the reason? To support them?

Maybe I don't understand but is Mike Anderson's still open? How about Ruffino's? TJ Ribs? Walk-ons?

Too bad canes has sponsored as many A&M and OU player as LSU players…..
Business decision. I don’t blame him one bit.

Why would anybody make purchase decisions based on any athlete’s endorsement including pro and especially college?
