I mean if I were Will Wade, and the AD called me into a meeting but was told not to talk by my attorney, I'd show up to the meeting and then tell them my attorney is saying I shouldn't talk to anyone... Then theoretically the admin can say he's "cooperating" by meeting with them, but he doesn't have to reveal anything that could cause them to have to testify against him

A few points here:
-plausible deniability. A term people should be aware of around here. If you think that J&F were not aware that Wade would be told not to talk to them, you are crazy. LSU has lawyers advising J&F as well. This is a convenient excuse to distance themselves from Wade...and with zero proof of money changing hands.
-do you know why I call BS on J&F wanting to meet with Wade? Because J&F open themselves up to being subpoenaed if they have that conversation with Wade. There is not way that LSU’s attorneys allow that meeting to happen.

No doubt a black eye in the press for a while. But you have to let the process play out.

1) Alleva didn’t suspend anyone this week
2) Wade didn’t get suspended for anything he didn’t do
