There are only 2-3 schools that I would say are objectively better. Then there another 5 or so that the ranking would fluctuate based on circumstance.

Top 5 job for sure.
Ohio state ; Notre Dame; Georgia ; LSU; Florida; Alabama ; Georgia, USC; Texas/ no particular order.

The right coach changes everything at any of these schools.

He may have been right if not for injuries and underperforming offensive line play.

I don’t think coaching there is a requirement for gauging and understanding its potential.

It didn’t take a rocket scientist to know that the OL was going to be bad this year. Unless of course you just ignored all of the signs because you were an LSU fan…

Top 6 in no particular order: Ohio St, Texas, UGA, Michigan, LSU, and Bama

The next 4 in no order: TAMU, USC , Oklahoma, Florida
